​I headed to Home Depot this weekend with one mission: to find our family Christmas tree. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were having a huge sale, which made the experience even better right from the start! The selection of fresh-cut trees was impressive, and the staff in the garden center was incredibly helpful, helping me shake out and bale the perfect Fraser fir without any wait. ​Once the tree was secured, I couldn’t resist wandering through the rest of the holiday section. The quality of their poinsettias this year is outstanding; they are massive, vibrant, and incredibly healthy. I picked up a few in deep red and white to frame our fireplace, and they immediately leveled up the festive vibe of our living room. ​I also stocked up on a bunch of outdoor lights and lawn decor. They have a great variety of LED options that are energy-efficient but still have 그hat classic warm glow. From the heavy-duty clips to the timers, I found everything I needed to make our outdoor display the best on the block. If you are looking for high-quality holiday "goodies" and a great deal on a tree, this is definitely the place to go. I left with a full car and a lot of holiday spirit! This Home Depot location was well organized, clean, and the employee staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and nothing I needed was out of stock. Returns were also quick and easy, with my purchase receipt in hand.

Great store for all your home needs and holiday occasions. Today they had Halloween and Christmas displays. First time I been in this store since it was built but will return.

I never would have thought we'd get a Home Depot way out here in little 'ole Vail/Rita Ranch. But I went there yesterday and let me tell you, it is real! And it is awesome. I've honestly never been to a brand new Home Depot before, but this place is absolutely fully stocked. It's like a huge candy store for adults. All the tools! So many sweet tools. The project ideas are already starting to pile up. I've driven out to the Broadway Tucson hundreds of times over the years, carrying 2x4s and sheet rock hanging way out the back of my car, now those trips will be much more convenient and easier. I'm sure I'll still have lumber hanging out my car, but at least I won't have to drive halfway across town anymore! This store is super nice, all the employees were super friendly and we were offered assistance multiple times. If I'm not here at least once a week, I'd be surprised.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the rental department. First, let me address something that should NEVER be said to a customer: “Many customers don’t understand our policies.” That is exactly what Chance in the rental department told us. If multiple customers “don’t understand,” maybe the issue isn’t the customers — it’s the way your employees explain things. We came in to rent a cargo van for the day. The first employee, Nik, clearly told us that if we returned the van early we would receive a refund for the unused time. He also told us we would receive credit if we added extra gas to the vehicle. When we returned the van, we were suddenly told NONE of that applied. Completely different story. What followed was nearly 20 minutes of unnecessary arguing just to get the refund we were owed in the first place. During that time, Chance repeatedly argued with us about basic math on the bill, used sarcasm, and even rolled his eyes at us. That kind of behavior toward customers is incredibly unprofessional and frankly embarrassing for a company like Home Depot. Customers should not have to debate math, argue policies that your own employees explained, or deal with attitude just to receive the correct refund. In the end, we did receive the money we were owed — but only after pushing back and wasting a significant amount of time. If this is the level of customer service the rental department provides, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on this experience alone, we will not be using Home Depot rentals again — and we’ll think twice before shopping there at all.
