Like other Home Depot locations, there’s plenty of free parking right outside, which makes shopping easy. This is a particularly beautiful location, clean and well laid out. A great spot to get supplies and get inspired for projects.

Ed was incredibly helpful! We’re so glad we came to this Home Depot looking for drip irrigation for our yard. With the heat picking up as we head into summer, we knew it was only going to get hotter. Sometimes it takes me all morning to water all the plants, so I decided to try irrigation for the first time, but had no idea it would be this complicated. Without Ed’s help, we would have been completely overwhelmed standing in front of the irrigation aisle. Ed was genuinely kind, showing us options, and didn’t try to sell us anything. Instead, he looked at photos of the yard with us on my iPhone and figured out practical details, like how many feet it is from the water source to the furthest plants - and gave practical advice that fits our layout. It felt very thoughtful throughout, it made it easier for us to understand what we needed to buy. Thank you for your help Ed!

I had a great experience at Home Depot store signal hills location ! The staff members Eddie (head cashier) and Yuliana ( millworker) were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They took their time to assist me and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was outstanding and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. It’s honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Dejhon helped me out today and I really want to shout this man out. I'm a single female and was not strong enough to get a shelving system off of the rack on aisle 26. He went and grabbed a cart for me, came back quickly, and didn't make me feel bad at all for needing the help. He helped me navigate through the store to get to a register and got me all the way to my vehicle. Even got the heavy box into my vehicle and took the cart back for me. I felt pretty helpless making this purchase not being strong enough but he took care of everything with great customer service. Thank you for making my shopping experience easier and a little brighter! This is why I shop at HD.

Depends on the location. Some are great. They have really knowledgeable people that go the extra mile to help you get what youre looking fo for. Others seem to not have a clue about anything. I had that happen lastnight. I went to buy a new dewalt compound miter saw with the slide from the simi valley store. They were out of stock but we're able to locate one for me at another location in the valley.. I headed to the canoga park store and it took about 30 minutes to find someone that knew how to remove the security device on the box.. I approached a group of 4 individuals to get some help with unlocking the item..
