30 minutes waiting for someone to help me and no one did, they made me believe that someone would come to help me and they never arrived terrible service I tried to get the manager to help me but they only told me that he is with another client that no one can help me but I see several employees talking to each other, this store is a waste of time, I hope they can improve the service

Nice store 👌 Been shopping there for over 21 years. Flipped houses and remodeled homes. Staff are great. Spent a lot of money over the years at home depot. The issue is have is with one of your staff members by the name of Alma. She very rude and sarcastic. Someone needs to give her a good talking to. She is very bizarre. Gives me dirty looks acts like she snickering and walks away when asking questions. She's done this over and over on several occasions while shopping in her department. You can look me up. I've spent quite a lot of money over the years flipping houses and remodeling my own. She's unprofessional and needs a reminder that she's on the job working. Called them to ask a question and they answered like it’s a personal phone call and when I asked who I was speaking to, the rude female hung up the phone. We were trying to return a rental and she refused to answer a simple question. No wonder this place has the worst ratings! I used to work at HD over 25 years ago and this type of service was never permitted. Completely unacceptable!!!

Exceptional Service from Karina! We had an amazing experience at Home Depot today, thanks to Karina! She went above and beyond to help us with a large wood-cutting project. Despite the volume of cuts we needed, she remained patient, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. She made our visit smooth and stress-free. Home Depot is lucky to have her on the team!

Ive had it with this store. I dont want to shop here moving forward. The employees are rude. Jesse in plumbing was visibly put out that i had questions. Aftee I went to find him in a different dept, he literally rolled his eyes while making a comment under his breath. Something to do with here we go again, dumb questions from someone who doesnt know.... it was hard to make out. Then while "helping" me, i felt belittled, embarrassed and a bother. His condensending remarks were no help at all. If anything when he was walking away from me, I was more confused and decided to get the parts from a different place. Another time, Bought to much spray paint and decided to return some of the colors that I didnt need right away. Customer service, literally accused me of stealing the paint. Even though I had a receipt , She said that I didnt come into the store with the paint and even brought an employee from paint for him to join in on the accusations. Saying that I didn't have time to purchase the paint , even though I had a printed receipt showing that I did. Crazy experience. Anyways the original accuser grabs my paints and goes to a different register and comes back with a full refund. I expressed that I only wanted to return 4 cans not everything. She handed me the money. Said she was going to check the cameras in the morning. Then agreed with me, that lowes is a better option for me and she didnt want my business. 3. Its hard to find someone to assist at this Home Depot. Countless times I spent 30 to 40 minutes longer just trying to find someone that can assist. I am done shopping here i dont need to waste time looking for help from someone who doesnt want to help. Jesse, get a different job if you dont like customers. I wonder how many people dont shop here because of you. Has to be more than a hand full. You would rather visit your buddies than help. You aren't better than anyone else. Geeze, isn't it common sense to at least be polite and keep your derogatory comments to yourself? You need training on how to treat people with respect. How do you not know that not everyone knows about fittings.
