Often better than the original signal hill location. I found that either one or the other has what I need; the convenience is that both location are really close to one another. Now a perfect shot for those of you that need a color match.

Some of the employees were nice but one experience at the return services annoyed me. White guy on the older side was pretty rude that even my step-dad who doesn't even speak english noticed it. When we walked in he seemed busy so we walked past him to the girl at a different register. He finally got to us while she was finishing up so we went to him. After checking the stuff the guy threw a receipt at us after ringing us up for our return and was busy talking to his coworkers and didn't have good customer service meanwhile. There was a trash can in front of us but he missed the trash and he didn't even try aiming for the trash, it was like he threw it at us because he aimed higher rather than really attempt to toss it in the trash. It fell to the floor and I ended up picking up the receipt he threw at us while he was talking to his coworker. He saw where the receipt went. He didn't try to be friendly, he wasn't even focused on us, and he didn't even attempt to pick up what he threw at us or say sorry. We weren't even being remotely problematic ourselves, no arguments, it was all him. I work retail myself and had just done overtime over 9+ hours this day, was tired, and still had better customer service so he had no excuse. I worked over 10 years in retail and still can't even imagine treating customers like that myself. That guy definitely should do better. My step-dad and I didn't talk about the guy's behavior but when we went home he complained to my mom about him so I know it wasn't just me, we both noticed how he was acting.

I really appreciate how well this store keeps everything stocked. It’s such a relief knowing I can come in and actually find what I need without having to make multiple trips. I’ve had experiences at other stores where items are constantly out of stock, which can be frustrating, so it’s nice that this location stays organized and prepared. It makes shopping quicker, easier, and a lot less stressful. Definitely one of the reasons I prefer coming here.

Out of all the home depo I've been to I got the best customer service at this one. Employee's asking me if I need help. Another Employee actually walked me to the product I needed. Great job. I left very happy

Roger is one of my favorite managers always on time with good advice or helping you with the right tools for the job one of my bars I built with wood and tools I purchased from Home Depot
