The customer service center at this location is ridiculously incompetent. I tried to exchange and item that has a different type of battery holder for the correct type that I have a tons of batteries for. The first woman that helped me said she can't do it because I don't have the receipt or card that was used to purchase the item. I went and got the card they wanted and then said to wait and see what she can do, had me wait about 15 minutes then another woman came up and said she needs a receipt within 7 days and unused, I told her I can get the receipt then the item is clearly unused, she then said no since receipt won't be within the 7 days. Okay if that was the case to begin with why not say that in the first place instead had me waiting for another person to come and tell me after 15 minutes later. The first person didn't seem like she wanted to do her job because her facial expressions was not friendly at all. Like I was bothering her. Thats your JOB do better next time with the next people you help in the future. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! CUSTOMER SERVICES REALLY SUCK THERE! I hope your company appreciates good customers and train you to do better for the money they pay you from customers shopping there with their hard earned money. Lowe's is where ill be taking my company business to after today. Unfortunately I have to put a star on here.

I want to commend J’Leesa Vang, an appliance specialist, for her excellent service today. I was buying blinds for two windows and J’Leesa helped me. I gave her the measurements I needed and she cut them to my specs. She was wonderful to me and gave me a great price, which I really appreciated. J’Leesa was very efficient, professional and extremely pleasant and Home Depot has a great employee in J’Leesa! 👏👏👏

Jonatan and Christopher are the two gentlemen who delivered our brand new fridge. They were amazing. Jonatan came inside and inspected all possible ways to bring in the fridge as well as measuring the area. It was a tight fit but a little maneuvering and had to take the fridge doors off because of space. But they exceeded our expectations and were amazing. Fridge is perfect and water line all hooked up before my husband or myself remembered about it. If they ever deliver your large items treat them well. Hardest workers I’ve come across in a very long time. They deserve more than 5 stars!!! Way to go Jonatan and Christopher! You’re awesome!!! 😌

The Home Depot in West Sacramento is located in a shopping center alongside Walmart and IKEA. The parking lot is enormous, and the entrance and exit are easy to access at this location. They have everything I am looking for and the layout of the store is easy to understand. I talked to a few workers in there. They are very helpful and friendly.

Because of their stuff especially a woman fat and tall she was so rude and uncooperative she is currently working in 5:00pm shift , date march 7 2026 on customer service counter. I had 9700$ order she wasn’t helping me at all and made me wait in the line and asked someone else behind me in the queue but not me. I don’t wanna comeback to this store again on 690 Riverpoint rd Home Depot, West Sacramento.
