Okay, this location has been getting better. But they definitely dropped the ball on their vegetable garden and herbs section. They're not even watering the plants that's outside, no more, and they're charging Full Price for something needs to be on clearance. Because everything outside is pretty much dead.

One of the best Home Depot locations in the Sacramento area. The team here is friendly, helpful, and takes the time to assist you without acting rushed or stressed out. The gardening section is well-stocked with a great variety of plants. Right outside, there’s a convenient spot to grab some Mexican food, and it’s located next to a gas station, which makes it easy to get everything done in one trip. The parking lot isn’t huge, but the overall atmosphere is great!

Bought paint and had a great experience. An associate greeted me right away and proactively offered to shake my paint, which was appreciated. They also offered free paint can tools, including a spout and opener—small details that make a big difference. Checkout was smooth; I was greeted and directed to self-checkout, and there are plenty of stations, so it felt quick and easy. The parking lot was clean and the landscaping was neat, which set a good tone from the start. Overall, this store felt welcoming, helpful, and approachable—especially for women shopping for home improvement needs. You don’t need to be an expert to feel comfortable here.

The Home Depot on Florin Road is one of the busiest stores in the Sacramento area, so I try to avoid it. However, it also has the best inventories in the area, so I have no choice but to come here if the other Home Depot doesn’t have what I need in stock. The recent visit to the store was overcrowded. Parking spaces were hard to get, and there were so many people in the parking lot all the time. It reminded me of why I don’t want to shop at this store.

Waited for 20 minutes at the garden center for help. Staff finally showed up, looked around and couldn't find the products I need that clearly stated "in stock". Staff came back after 10 minutes of looking at shelves that I've clearly stated already checked and finally said "I don't know"... fabulous use of my 30 minutes. Someone should know something working in the garden center. Very disappointed and waste of my time. If it is out of stock, please say so whether that is the app or in-store. Staff was not helpful nor knowledgeable.
