Ricardo De La Cruz in the lot was incredibly helpful at Home Depot. He went out of his way to help me load a huge order while others tried to avoid the work. Great attitude, hardworking, and much appreciated.

Mr. Lee helped me and my mom looking for a good AC for our bedroom and even helped us load it to our car. He was very helpful and very kind as well. 🥰 you can’t find good customer service these days but he was amazing. Thank you very much again Mr. Lee!!

Concrete day, contractor messed up and so I made a run to Home Depot for the correct coupling. Went to plumbing to pick up a channel drain coupling, asked for assistance. Two guys show up with a fork lift and tell me it’s in Garden. Went to Garden, there are no couplings even close to the drain size I showed them. Come back to plumbing and they have the entire aisle blocked off to take down pallets. They told me to go to garden so that they can do their job all while I sit there and wait for them to reopen the aisle so I can grab the coupling I need. Absolutely terrible experience!

I had a wonderful experience shopping with my family today at the Home Depot in Natomas. I usually stay in the car because I don’t typically enjoy the environment in previous Home Depot locations but two people made it a very memorable experience for me. Caitlyn, working on the inside of the store was super knowledgeable and kind. She walked us through how to navigate buying automatic window blinds and how to look for Instillation/builders on the website. She took her time, didn’t rush us, and did it all with a smile on her face. Honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with Home Depot. It made me actually want to spend money so I bought a couple plants and so did my family. We checked out in the plant section outside and Jo who was the cashier was also very kind and took her time with all of us. Thank you Caitlyn and Jo for the amazing experience. They deserve to be acknowledged!

I just wanna give a shout out to one of the managers he goes by RJ. I believe he’s one of the managers there at the Truxal Home Depot. He is so helpful and kind. He’s a very tall man and every time I go there he’s very friendly and very helpful. I have been a contractor since 2008 and I’m now retired. I’ve worked in the construction industry for 40+ years and I just say I’m very familiar with Home Depot and of all the Home Depot‘s I’ve ever been in the whole of Northern California RJ goes above and beyond to help the customers and overall The new Home Depot and Natomas is the best I’ve ever been to. Thanks again RJ.
