Great in person service, but whoever you got running the phones are terrible. They either don't answer, or act like they don't hear you. I live 20 miles away but work around the corner from this one and I lost my debit card and it was the only place I went to that day. It's my bad for having it loose in my pocket next to my wallet when I went for my company card, but am I going to have to wait til next week to see if someone turned in my card because y'all refuse to answer the phone? I'm not driving 20 miles for a maybe

At this point everyone has been to a HD, so I doubt one more review is going to change anyone's mind, but...this particular location is solid. The general staff are hit or miss, but the Pro Desk people are helpful. It's impossible to escape HD without buying a bunch of stuff you didn't think you need but now realize is necessary to keep your house from falling down.

Rude customer service on the phone at this location. Have a call on August 21st around 12.50 PM some lady didn’t want to check specific SKU number for me to see where it’s available for in store purchase.
