I had a great experience at Home Depot on dennery Road thanks to Alexis at the checkout. She was extremely friendly, fast, and professional. Even with a line forming, she stayed calm, efficient, and made sure every customer felt taken care of. As someone who shops here often for construction materials, I really appreciate good customer service—and Alexis stood out. She made the checkout process smooth and even helped answer a quick question I had without hesitation. It’s employees like Alexis that keep me coming back. Home Depot is lucky to have her!

Today i went to this Home Depot on dennery because the Home Depot on Saturn blvd has totally missed the mark on customer service..I was going to another company much further away but decided to give this place a chance...I have this awful taste for Home depot as a whole but I decided to give them a chance....Holy Moly!!! They have George who works the lot come up to me and ask me if I needed help..I said yes so he went and got me to talk to Tania...she and George were just awesome...a breathe of fresh air coming from home depot on dennery..I didnt buy anything but they hit a homerun for customer service...prior to George asking if anyone was helping me I did asked someone for help but that help didnt answer the page but I was being fair..sure enough George came through...kudos to this Home Depot on dennery...good customer service = sales = loyal customers....

This place has improved in customer service since I moved away a year ago, and now just moved back. All the staff were helpful, polite, greeted me, smiled - was unreal! Loved it! Carlos spent time talking with us about appliances and best purchase options and gave us a contact card. Great professionalism experienced here each time I've gone. Whoever is in charge of this place, keep up the great work!

Thank you Jose, Erube and Sarai with my milwaukee tool purchase. Not only did you help me find the tool I needed, you also discounted the M18 tool and battery price that is only avaible with online purchases. You saved me some big money ($200)!!! I highly recommend shopping at the Otay Mesa HD!
