Another company refusing to staff their registers. Are the self checks open? Yep. So, if you’ll work for the company for free (scan your own items), they’ll let you give them money (pay for your items) in a timely manner. Keep in mind, you don’t get a discount for doing their job for them; just the privilege of spending your money and possibly leaving the store in a timely manner. They also managed to raise prices despite cutting staff.

Today I came to buy materials at this store. They sold me materials that were only half full, wasting my time. Besides, at the last minute, they didn't have staff in that area to load the materials onto the delivery truck. I had to return everything and lost over an hour of my time. They took way too long. I really don't understand how the person in charge can act like nothing's wrong and then be so slow to give me a refund.

contract desk make it good this time, i promise to get the associate that help next time, he was very helpful. 5 star, he help us with all we need and didn't make it difficult, some other guy or store truly make it hard.
