Rental Center at The Home Depot

The Tool center left me on hold for nearly 20 minutes when I called before I hang up. Just trying to confirm they have a tool to rent and getting time wasted by lazy employees.

Not much guidance from the Tool Rental Department. I don't use a chainsaw - I just need to prune a tree. The man on the other end of the phone didn't have much of a clue as to what kind of saw I need (shorter electric vs. longer gas) for the job I want do.

I've never used the tools and truck rental at home Depot I don't know how to drive so I don't need a truck I haven't tried the rental service yet so I really don't know if it's any good or not.

Great home depot! This is my goto store in the area that tends to have the best stock. They also have a tool rental area which not all of them have.

Helpful staff and convenient location. Slow service due to I'm balance of adequate staff vs number of customers. Even though items were reserved in advance, the items were not available.
