Compared finding these items against Harbor Freight. Home Depot won...hands down. Although I wanted to find the orange safety vest with less pockets (must be a popular item), but they were out of stock. Was pleased to find an alternative item to suit my needs with an affordable prize. Staff were very pleasant and appeased me in helping find my desire purchase and went above and beyond by searching his phone to ensure the item in question was indeed in the store and which isle the safety vest could be found. Home Depot on Imperial Ave is pleasantly different and customer service has definitely improved👏

My initial experience was great. I reserved a 24' extension ladder in my pro app, pulled up early and was in and out in minutes. When I returned it in the evening the kids and the counter were not trained on how to communicate with customers properly. My rental contract was closed without a single word from the associate. He said you will be credited some dollar amount. At that point I say I'm using my properly for this rental. I was told it was too late that it was closed and that I can save it for future use (I don't usually rent tools) or mark down a product in the store. So now I either keep the perk that I may not use before it expires or water time to go buy something I don't need. Home Depot please train these kids to communicate or you'll lose customers. Rant done

Talk about World Class Customer Service! This is the best HD I've ever been to. The team is very knowledgeable of their products, something you don't see much anymore. I went it to fix my toilet and August quickly asked me if I needed help and basically held my hand through several isles to find me to the tools and materials I needed to fix a leaking toilet that didn't have a flange. Afterwards I was browsing and about 5 associates walked up to me at separate times and asked me if I needed help and if everything was ok. I hadn't experienced this in retail in a few years. I can tell people really enjoy their jobs here. Lou at lumber is also great. He assisted me with some questions I had regarding the different types of wood. He for sure is a wood expert. Props to management here.

I am writing to formally report unprofessional behavior I experienced from an employee named Selena during my recent visit to your Home Depot location. I approached her simply to ask for information regarding a door. She appeared to have little to no knowledge of the product or its availability at that location and made no effort to find the information or offer assistance. During the interaction, she rolled her eyes, was dismissive, and came across as unwilling to help. Based on the interaction, I believe she may be a manager, which made the experience even more concerning.
