Rented a Uhaul for moving some stuff to Storage. Excellent service from Raina and Renee, the moving of my furniture took me 2 hours of intense expedited labor. So, when I returned the vehicle, I am quite grateful that they took care of me considerately and efficiently. I love Home Depot ❣️

very kind lady in the paint section. the biggest home depot I've ever been to by far. in comparison to all the other ones I frequent, they don't hover over you and follow you which I can respect. going back forsure, (via public transit from Chula Vista)

I ordered butyl rope online as Home Depot doesn't carry it in stock. It was due to arrive in one week, on Friday. So I scheduled my worker to work on Saturday so we could install septic tank risers. Home Depot delivery driver took it to the wrong address. The resident told the driver they didn't order anything and that it he delivered it to the wrong address. Instead of delivering it to the correct address which was only feet away, walking it there, the driver took at back and sent it back to the company Instead. What!!! Really!!!! We called Home Depot who was completely of no help and they instructed us to call the company who sold the product, that company couldn't assist in this transaction either and told my wife to go back to Home Depot and purchase this other product they made which was in stock and is used for the same project. They were wrong. We needed a "water proof" sealant, not a "weather proof" tape. Big difference. So we did what we should've done in the first place, ordered it from Amazon Prime and get it on the second day, not in a week. This is the second time Home Depot screwed up my online order. Shame on them, shame on me for ordering and trusting them again.
