What a joke AND a headache. I've had a dryer over a month and NO ONE knows how it works, there is no user manual. I've been to the store 3× only to be met with a complete lack of knowledge. I've called12 different #s because each one says "call this #" finally scheduled an appt for tomorrow and they just called to say the appt was set with installation tech!! For the love of God!! Now, im on with someone who doesn't know ANYTHING. I HATE HOME DEPOT!! Update!! They respond with a request to use the link to fill out for their help, LINK DOESNT WORK!! Update 3/3 I was able to get in touch directly with WHIRPOOL and my 2 previous appts were canceled due to HD!! They kept putting in a generic report for service, failing to enter info properly, not listening the model #. Through Whirlpool I banned HD from doing ANYTHING on my behalf regarding this final purchase. Oh! The link to "assist" still doesn't work, store Mgr. Kathy couldn't even open it!! Horrible Customer Service

Best, most helpful staff of any Home Depot I've ever been to (at least 20 in total). HD should learn how this location trains/motivates their employees here... Seriously!

My husband and I were having a very difficult day yesterday. We are new to town and this was our first time at THD Santee. Everyone was so kind and attentive! Thank you! We will be back.

🔥many employees have changed. none of them know anything. cashiers do every transaction as if it is the first transaction in their life. they know nothing about their job. if you are not in a hurry, go to el cajon. special thanks to a few employees who know their job. one of them is Greg (Lumber) other is Hayfa in customer service(Edeyth was also excellent in the garden section. Unfortunately, bad management lost her. She's now in Yellowstone.)If you see lucy in customer service, run, don't say far, go to El Cajon. God save us from all the Karens.🔥
