I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Bobby and Sage at Home Depot. I stopped in looking for a very specific tool bag as a Father's Day gift for my husband. Unfortunately, the item wasn't where it was supposed to be, but Bobby didn't just point me in a direction and move on. He spent a significant amount of time searching multiple aisles, checking overstock locations, and doing everything he could to track it down. When the search became more challenging, Bobby brought in Sage, who jumped right in to help. The two of them climbed ladders, searched overhead inventory, and continued looking long after many people would have given up. While we ultimately couldn't locate the exact bag I came in for, they found a very similar option and even offered a discount to help make up for the inconvenience. What impressed me most was their determination and willingness to help. They treated my search like it was important to them, and that level of customer service is rare these days. I ended up giving the tool bag to my husband for Father's Day today, and he absolutely loved it. Thank you, Bobby and Sage, for going above and beyond. Home Depot is lucky to have associates who care this much about their customers.

First ever Home Depot location that the staff are willing to help you. I was asked if I needed help three times and it shocked me. This is usually not a culture at Home Depot and I am stunned. To the lady working in Paint Department, thank you for being so friendly!

I went the to get 4 inch corrugated drainage pipes. I went initially to the back of the garden area and was directed to the lumber for the pipe. I didn’t find it in either place so I went to the Home Depot app. I used the app to determine the store product number and got a worker to look it up. They didn’t have any but found closest store to pick them up. The staff is helpful and quick to respond.

Couldn’t recommend this Home Depot enough if you’re renovating your kitchen. My wife and I worked with Jerry to design and select our cabinets, and he was extremely thoughtful and skilled throughout the process. He even remembered us weeks later when we called with questions about our countertop. You’re getting custom‑cabinet service and interior design level support at Home Depot prices hard to beat that

Patricia in Flooring is excellent. She went above and beyond to help me with an online order. Then two days later she help me buying blinds. The customer service is so good here, I will drive past my local store to cone to this one.
