I visited to buy an indoor camera, but it was hard to find the exact model I wanted because the brand had so many similar-looking packages. Five different employees came over to help me, and they were all incredibly kind and attentive. I was genuinely impressed. This location has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered.

Review for Cleaning Supplies This home depot had every scent in mostly every cleaning supply. I my purchase OdoBan every week. I wash my soiled loved ones clothing which are urine soaked. I also was my kiddos athletic clothing which reek. But this HD had six scents to select. I didn't even know citrus existed. Therefore, I will likely come here because the other HD's have 1-2 scents. I then looked at the pine sol and fabuloso scents and again more than I've seen at Walmart, Target or other HD's. Thank you for choices. BTW lavender OdoBan is still winning due the best disinfectant and clean accent.

My sister and I are currently renovating her entire condo, and we’ve visited the Genesee Avenue location in San Diego at least five times in the last few days. Staffing and service here have completely turned around! There is help everywhere you turn, and every team member shows genuine appreciation for your business. Every staff member deserves a 10-star rating, especially these standouts: Sara Fox-Starkey (Kitchen & Bath Design): Sara spent an hour + with us, going above and beyond to help us choose the better option and still stay on budget. She patiently compared quartz vs. granite countertops, and stainless steel vs. composite sinks, and many others. She even helped us check out and physically loaded a heavy 20 lb ceiling fan box into my car! Bryan - key duplicate Markus - Mirror sliding door for closet Joshua (Window Blinds Department) Robert - key duplicate James Carnival (Cashier) (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) Myra & Em: So helpful and welcoming during our last visits. Many more whose names we have forgotten. Thanks so much to the whole team. We had a wonderful experience shopping at this Home Depot.

My review hardly makes a difference, but one thing I enjoy about this home depot is the music. I've heard a lot of good songs here, and the acoustics is very pleasant, when you're just walking around looking for that specific part for the home. Also, I learned a bit about screws based on the screen measurement tool they offer. Highly recommended if you're new to home improvements. The staff at this location are particularly friendly, in my observation. The rental department is great as well.

I returned some items that I picked up I La Quinta and had no issues returning them. I picked up a Google Camera and cleaning supplies. The parking was wide open and large spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized.
