Betty from the appliance section is amazing! She helped my father and I choose a new range top gas stove oven, and was very informative about all of HD’s available stoves. She helped us get the stove the same day, and checked us out with a problem. Thank you Betty, and thank you Home Depot Lemon Grove for hiring an awesome, kind individual.

Everybody already knows Home Depot is solid. That’s not the point of this review. I’m starting to call out the people who actually make these big businesses run. I was checking out at self-checkout and Lisa Marie stepped in to help—and not in the usual “press a button and walk away” kind of way. She was upbeat, personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. The kind of energy that makes a quick stop feel like a good experience instead of just another errand. With everything going on these days, that attitude stands out. It matters. Employees like Lisa Marie are the reason customers keep coming back, not just the brand name. She represents the company better than any ad ever could. She deserves a raise, recognition, or both. I’ll keep calling out great service when I see it. This was one of those times.

I just moved to the area and in the process of remodeling our back yard. I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot’s but the lemon grove has the best customer service. The employees are beyond helpful. I have to thank the manager Jose for always going beyond to help me load my heavy items to the truck with also the help of Cristian. Keep up the good work

Johnathan was very friendly, product knowledgeable, and gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had at a Home Depot! He was awesome with helping me find all the proper tools needed for my upcoming DIY projects!

Rented a tamping machine from them on White Mountain Rd in Show Low. It worked about 1/3 of the time rented. When I brought it back and explained that...they told me tough and made me pay in full...then charged me for a clean up charge for a few extra rocks that we couldn't find. I will never use this Home Depot again...the manager woman was not listening to any of my concerns and the gal in the rental room was all about befitting the Home Depot and not it's member/client/customer. Not a happy customer. Paid two laborers for pulling starter string all 4 hours...instead of working.
