Is it your policy to stare people down while they checkout. The the short blonde lady would not stop talking to me the whole time after I said at least 3 to 4 times I did not need assistance. She just stood and stared at me the whole time I was checking out and even after she help someone, came back and stared some more. Mind you I'm in my work uniform with the name of the company on my shirt so why would be doing anything crazy. I understand asset control but to pre treat someone as if they're doing something wrong especially when there's other people checking out and she's not doing it to them is uncalled for.

Sent to the wrong isle first, saw ceiling tiles but no rails. Eli was very helpful, and professional. Requested some loading assistance, which I received from the sweetest young lady. I didn't catch her name, but she wore glasses, was very kind, and eager to help. She didn't miss a beat, but I have to say it's a shame you have all of these strong young men, just standing there at self check out, doing almost nothing, while this girl who is half their size is outside doing the heavy lifting. She ran circles around them! I tried to give her a well deserved tip for her help, but she humbly declined. If you can identify her, she deserves recognition. This was 5/16/2026 around 7:30pm.

Charissa in gardening was amazing from start to finish. Best customer service and knowledge I have ever had in a Home Depot. Employees like her make me want to always shop here.

The store have almost everything about maintenance to fix at home or complex buildings. But the prices are a little bit high in comparison with other companies or by internet. In general the Personal in there are kind and helpful.

Rude. Unprofessional phone etiquette . Couldn’t even understand what department answered the call. Then an order we’ve done in three other states and cities in California with no issue I’m told can’t be done. Walked away. Won’t try this store again. Oh and they aren’t mind readers, they said. I asked for plywood to be cut down to 19.5 inch sheets but they aren’t mind readers? Oh and they can’t cut wood to precise measurements okay moving on.
