Really good deals, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I love the diversity in the workers, as a woman it feels nice another woman can point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. The store was very clean and well organized. There’s parking at the top of the store.

This was my first Chicago area Home Depot! The customer service was great. Armenda was my cashier and she greeted me when I came in the store. The male bathroom was surprisingly clean! I was not expecting it to be that clean. Overall, great experience!

Subject: Recognition for Outstanding Service – Leslie (South Loop Home Depot) Dear Store Leadership, My husband and I are longtime customers of the South Loop Home Depot, and over the years we have observed many changes within the store. However, I felt compelled to write today to recognize someone who truly stands out — Leslie, a cashier in the customer service line. During our visit yesterday, Leslie spent a significant amount of time with us, carefully helping us determine which products would best meet our needs. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire experience. Most importantly, her demeanor and professionalism were simply award-winning. It is employees like Leslie who truly represent what customer service should be. She is an asset to Home Depot, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. In today’s environment, exceptional service deserves to be acknowledged, and Leslie absolutely delivered an outstanding experience. I was really impressed on my last visit. I was assisted by Rich whom was professional and knowledgeable. He helped me pick a new faucet, I went in with no information just my sink description. He informed me which faucet would fit my sink. He signed me up for a rewards program and now my sink has better water pressure than before.

Decent Home Depot near the downtown area. The place was clean, well stocked and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I found everything I came to the store for and was able to check out without a hassle. The parking lot located on top of the store was very convenient as well. If you’re looking for a home improvement store and you’re in the area, I would recommend you check this place out 👍
