I came in knowing exactly what I needed, found it quickly, and had several attentive staff members ask if I needed help as I browsed. The highlight though was the woman at the front greeting every single customer on a karaoke machine that was on sale! She was singing holiday songs, spreading cheer, and truly making a difference in people’s days. I didn’t catch her name, but THANK YOU! She deserves a holiday bonus! P.s. mineral spirits works great for bringing a dirty and rusty bike chain back to life. :)

Home Depot is my go to for anything related to the home and exterior. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. You can order stuff online as well but it's always nice to see it in the store first. They also have free bathrooms and Halloween stuff as well as plants. Free an ample parking and close to so many stores.

We got a washer and drier here, Sandra vas very helpful and knowledgeable about all the options and extra parts needed for the installation and all the type of warranty needed for all of it. Helped us find a stacking kit and a different store so we can get our appliances installed with in 4 days of our purchase. Again very kind helpful and knowledgeable!!

I have shopped at this Home Depot location for years and continue to be disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. On February 16, 2026, between approximately 8:20 a.m. and 8:35 a.m., I entered the store and was not acknowledged by the greeter. As I walked past the self-checkout area, two associates were standing in the main aisle. One had a flatbed cart loaded with contractor bags positioned in the aisle and was engaged in a personal conversation. He did not move the cart or step aside as I approached, forcing me to squeeze between his flatbed and another customer’s cart. Neither associate acknowledged me as I passed. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated experience. Over multiple visits, I have observed what feels like a consistent lack of greeting or acknowledgment toward Black customers, including myself. A simple “hello” or basic courtesy goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and respected. I hope store leadership reviews customer service standards and ensures that all customers are treated with the same level of professionalism and courtesy.

I ordered a lot of things from this home Depot to be delivered to my home. I'm remodeling a bathroom. A delivery driver by the name of Julio came this morning to drop off a handful of items, not even half of the order that I placed and told my father who is older and who just had two heart procedures that "it's a given that your going to help me unload and bring the items onto the property". I understand it's not their job to bring the items inside the home but to bring it on the property or into the garage is what they're supposed to do. The gentleman came already angry and upset for whatever reason. He had this massive home Depot truck that was completely empty and was only delivering drywall. He parked a half a block down from the address so we not only had to unload the truck but we had to walk half a block to our property. And now home Depot is giving me the runaround. So I will be going to every review spot to be leaving a review of how unprofessional and how inconsiderate and if I wasn't here to help my father who just had two heart procedures within the last month carrying drywall onto our property from a half a block away I don't know what would've happened, that's just unacceptable! Items delivered July 3rd around 9am. I spoke to a manager by the name of Mike at this location, he said he will call me back in 15 minutes and it's been almost two hours.
