Wow, wow, wow! Daniel in the rental department went above and beyond to help me this past weekend. It was a comedy of errors on my part and Daniel was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Angel was really nice too. Thank you Daniel for being my DIY garden hero this week as I tried to install a path on my yard!

Could you please train the employees who handle key copying on how the KeyHero app works? This is not the first time I’ve run into an issue where a staff member is unfamiliar with it and doesn’t understand how to use it. Today I wanted to upload a key copy to the cloud, and the employee told me that this isn’t something you do and that it requires some kind of request through a website or app. That’s not how the process works. When a copy is made, it simply needs to be uploaded to my personal account by entering my email address — that’s it. If staff training continues to be an issue, please consider installing a self-service machine like the one available at Lowe’s, where customers can upload key copies to the cloud themselves without employee assistance.

Staff at this location is very polite and helpful, they guide you to the right place and show you the item that you looking for. I was looking for 20 amp circuit breakers and the associate told me exactly where to find them. Awesome she even told me what brand to get and the price was very affordable
