Let me explain why this Hope Depot got 4 stars. I have shopped at many Home Depots and usually find them to be 3 stars, I find the shopping experience average and its a Home improvement store. But my experience at this Home Depot was better than the others, as I walked around the store I was asked a total of 5 times if I needed any assistance and when I checked out I was greated and help by a very friendly cashier. So although this Home Depot is typical in its selection, layout, pretty much everyway, this particular store excelled in customer service. Shout out to the store manager for having your team be so attentive and helpful, they are doing a great job.

They strongly need parking enforcement. People will drive to his home Depot park their cars directly in front of the store in the parking lot and then walk off to be picked up for work at other places Making it impossible to park anywhere near home Depot especially at their mobile pickup designated parking spots. I won't knock anyone's will to survive but the least they can do is park at the back of the lot. And yes the spots they park in includes disabled spots

The Home Depot was very dirty. Super Dusty everywhere dark in certain places, the organization and the shelves. I have to keep looking at the tags for the items cuz I wasn't sure if the price matched at all and I felt like I was interrupting when I wanted to ask for help because I saw a group of six employees just chatting in a group but still at least they have a lot of selections and I bought my my five DeWalt batteries from there and I can tell they're actual DeWalt pricey but you got to spend money for good products

In this store they are very friendly, especially when you go to ask about machines to unclog plumbing, they rent you the machines and they also explain in detail how to use them, the process was quick and I recommend them
