Review written 12/30/2025. Person doing return was kind of rude as she kept grabbing my debit card over and over to try to insert it into machine, you could tell she didn’t think I was capable myself of knowing to make sure the card was fully inserted. I asked to cancel return and restart it because the process was stuck on the screen and she didn’t wanna do the extra work to cancel the stuck screen, so she offered me cash. I didn’t want cash. Finally I convinced her to let me move to a different return kiosk and that worked. See, patience is a virtue. Lol Also I got approached by an employee who seemed suspicious of me just bc I was standing in line and she asked me what I was doing LOL. I told her I was in line and she condescendingly pointed to the other side I was supposed to enter at. Geez sorry for not knowing every detail of every store in Chicago. Lol Need to teach employees to : 1) not grab a customer’s debit card 2) if the customer wants refund onto their card, then calmly follow the steps to do that. Don’t need to rush transaction especially with no other customers behind me in line. 3) be kinder to customers

My go to place for my home and garden. I am currently making our attic a liveable space - bought all the plywood subfloor, screws, nail gun, work light, drywall, etc. Now that it's spring, starting my garden again with grass seeds and soil amendments. Staff are pretty helpful and friendly at this location.

I always look forward to visiting Home Depot around the holidays — their Christmas décor section is absolutely amazing every year. The displays are bright, cheerful, and full of creative ideas that make it easy to get into the festive spirit. From sparkling lights to beautifully designed ornaments and life-sized lawn decorations, they really have everything you need to make your home feel like a winter wonderland.

Weird experience, nice service from one gentleman who helped me find something and took the time to show me, the woman at the front weirdly gate keeps plastic bags so when I did self check out I have to ask her for each bag I pay for. None of the plastic bags were hung up for self check out like other locations and then you are treated like your dumb or trying to steal for not knowing this and needing a plastic bag that you already paid for. It’s not that hard to be polite about something.

I WAS SO EXCITED TO SURPRISE MY WIFE WITH A HEATER THAT CAN HEAT HER OFFICE, I CALLED HER UP AND TOLD HER THE GREAT NEWS ABOUT THE GREAT PRICE, AND I get to the register and it comes up as $109.00 and the sale price clearly says its $47.98. I FEEL ITS SO DECEPTIVE TO PUT THE INCORRECT PRICE ON SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THEY TOLD ME TO TALK TO THE MANGER IN A WHITE POLO SHIRT AND HE MADE ME FEEL SO STUPID. UGH! AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE HE DIDN'T EVEN SAY, OH LET ME CHANGE THE SIGN SO NO ONE ELSE FALLS FOR THAT SAME PRICE. THATS MESSED UP.
