Went to Home Depot to grab a new drill. I was really pleased with the selection of products that they had. I decided on a Milwaukee Cordless Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo. I don’t own a lot of power tools but I told the associate that I wanted something high quality and with high power so that I didn’t have to come back and buy it again. They recommended several products from names I recognized, gave me the pros and cons of each and I settled on this M18 Fuel set and I LOVE IT! On top of that Ed Hester was AMAZING! He provided outstanding customer service. I found a competitor that had a slightly cheaper price and he helped save me some money which is always appreciated. Ed was super friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. If you’re going to spend a few hundred on a product it definitely helps to have people that have your best interests and customer satisfaction in mind. For this reason alone I’ll continue to give my business to The Home Depot.

At 7:55pm the door was locked. Could not enter through any door. I understand they close at 8pm. I was going in for a quick purchase, very quickly. In corporate retail the doors should lock at the advertised closing time. To be clear, I did attempt to go in through the proper entrance door. Video surveillance can prove it.

Keisha at Halsted Home Depot is the best employee EVER! She was creative, kind, and efficient in helping us solve our problem. Being in such a big store with not much home improvement experience can be intimidating, but Keisha made us feel at ease. Thank you for being amazing!!!

Wow, where do I begin? I typically avoid these kinds of stores, but knowing William is there makes me feel more at ease asking for help. He's truly a treasure. I’m glad there’s a Home Depot in Lincoln Park. As someone a bit older, I sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the options, but William,a wonderful associate, was incredibly helpful and assisted with my wagon. He answered all my questions, took his time, and assisted me patiently. Normally, I don’t enjoy visiting these stores, but William's presence reassures me to go and seek assistance .

Antoine was just extremely helpful and patient with us today, got us everything we needed in hardware, and we had a great trip to the store today because of him. The overall team at the store, the past few visits have been really great actually. Lots of helpful people along the way these past few days.
