I had a terrible experience this Sunday. I came in to get some gaskets for a water faucet, and I was not able to locate them. I looked around for someone to assist me finding the correct gaskets and the window was around. The one person I I was able to find said he doesn’t know anything in the plumbing department and contact someone else in the appliance department. I went to the appliance department asked to people and they said they were off the clock so try contacting someone else. Went up to the front registers. They called over twice and nobody came. I don’t recommend shopping here. Go to Menards instead.

Today I went here with my Grandma and I was having a rough day. However, when I came across Robert in Gardening he was able to help my Grandma find what she was looking for, he was so helpful which made my day 10x better! Robert was awesome!!!

Thank you Johnathan from the paint section. It was my first time buying paint supplies to do touch ups at my house and he was patient and gave excellent service. I really appreciated him and I hope this gets back to him somehow .
