I only go to Home Depot anytime I ever need to do home renovations or need something quick like light fixtures or a washer or dryer. They have everything you need and the staff are very helpful.

I’m only giving 2 stars because of the nice guy that actually helped us at the end. We were struggling to find an item that was listed online as “4 available at this location”. We couldn’t find it whatsoever. We were able to get help from an employee but his shift was ending within the following 10 minutes, so he was going to send another associate to us. We waited in the aisle for about 25 minutes, with no update, and no assistance from anyone. Then we found another associate, and she managed to figure out that the item was in the boxes above in one of the aisles, but she wasn’t trained to retrieve it to us, so we were told that she would call the intercoms. 5 minutes later, we hear them through the intercom. But still no help came within those following 10 minutes of waiting. So an associate came up to us and asked if we needed help, we mentioned the issue, so he sent someone to us. While waiting for the item from that following associate, a rat ran right past us. I am honestly very disappointed in the customer service at this location. They have wasted about an hour of our time, and it feels like it might just be for jokes and giggles. 4 employees did not help us whatsoever. Thank you to the associate Leo, he deserves a raise, for actually finding a way to help us and communicating with us.

It's Home Depot so everyone pretty much knows what they are. However most of their stores shine with their customer service. Unfortunately this is not one of those stores the paint department was great but the rest of the store seem like the staff could use some training. This was fine in a pinch but definitely not my preferred location

It's a Home Depot, as long as they have what you need and you don't need any help then your shopping experience should be average. I come here often and don't expect any real competency from the employees, as typical at Home Depot, customer service is not something they are good at. Hopefully they have it and you can find it without having to ask for help.

Delivery team SUCKS!! Order was supposed to be delivered today 3p-7p. Delivery called at 11a, saying they are 20mins away. Of course I was at work, they decided to reschedule me w/o my approval. I sat on phone from Palos to Northlake on hold. Got to distribution center, no manager no assistance, no direction. I came back to brickyard where I was informed delivery guys had a light day, and my order arrived back to distribution at 1:30pm…my initial delivery was 3p-7p. So 1hr 1/2 before scheduled delivery. The worst experience ever and delivery could care less. I WILL NEVER DO ANOTHER HD PURCHASE. Literally went to Lowe’s and got the same deal, hassle free.
