This store was crazy-busy during my visit - easily the largest number of pros I've ever seen compared to other HD's I shop at. The associates seemed a bit frazzled yet provided excellent service! The lumber dept was crowded but well-stocked. I rec'd personalized help in the power tools dept. The pro desk had a waiting line for checkout but it moved quickly w/ the full staff on hand.

Man its a city store But cashiers create more issues then need to have . The regular regs. Need to have 2 entering s , instead of one big that looks like that evey pro has a phone authorization....

The Home Depot is my absolute go-to for anything related to home improvement. The selection is massive, whether you need raw materials for a major weekend project, new tools, or just quick household fixes. Everything is clearly labeled, and the store is always well-stocked. It makes tackling any DIY project so much easier.

I just left the store and had to write a review just because I walked out different than I walked in and in a Better mood. So it all started from the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a smiling face and a good morning, but it actually felt very genuine. I continued into the store, looking for the materials that I needed walking into the tile aisle I ran into another associate, who greeted me with a very friendly good morning and can I help you? I told him I was good cause I knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was located after grabbing my flooring I walked over to the lighting and ceiling fan section I was looking at a fan that was on clearance I spotted one left, but it was Higher up under storage rack, which I could not reach at that moment that’s when two more employees happen to be walking down the aisle and also greeted me with a good morning and is there anything we can help you with but I have to say in a Very genuine way, which then just changed my whole mood because they were so helpful and went out of their way stopped what they were doing where they were going to make sure I got what I needed so thank you very much Rochelle and Stacey for making my experience and my morning there at Home Depot perfect. The employees at the store have customer service down Pat because they made my experience there great and the positive mood and vibe is what customer service is all about. That’s just my opinion, but it’s always nice to have a smiling face greeting you when you’re at a store.

Pulling into the parking lot is a joke. You have to drive past 50 shady characters staring you down and aggressively trying to get money from you, hitting you up for work. I completely stopped going there and use lowes instead on 119th. What an embarrassment that a store would allow that.
