Luo and Pidro did a great job today. They were very helpful with a price issue on a product to match the online price, and Luo helped me to get signed up for a program for my business that will help me save additional money which will help keep prices for my customers lower. It was a pleasure dealing with them today and made it worth the drive from Rio Rancho to get the tools I needed same day instead of waiting for delivery which would have had them showing up a day later than when I needed them. Additionally to the lady and gentleman assisting her that I did not collect their names Thank You! They assisted when I called to get the tool from the shelf and put it on hold for me at customer service as it was the only one in stock. I appreciate that The Home Depot will still allow you to talk to an associate at a store unlike some businesses that just route questions about inventory levels to a call center and have no way to check with the actual store personnel to make sure the product is actually there before you make the drive.

I had a really good experience at Home Depot and was able to find everything I needed for my garden. An associate named Josh helped me choose the right plants and soil and took the time to explain what would work best. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole process a lot easier and less confusing. I really appreciated his help and would definitely come back again.

I think this is a nice Home Depot but I personally wish it had a more welcome vibe and some of the aisles are really tight compared to Lowe’s where the aisles are nice and wide… just my small grip but I do like the services of Home Depot

I love home depot! It's pretty much a one stop shop for all you home needs. They have everything you could think of for inside and outside of your home. My girlfriend loves to garden so that's where we spend most of our time and they have a pretty big selection of flower, trees and shrubs. They also have a good selection of vegetable seeds. Their prices aren't bad either. I prefer home depot than any other home improvement store because of the staff. Their staff is everywhere and always ask if they can help. They are also very knowledgable. I recommend coming here to shop, of course they are wheelchair accessible throughout the store. If you read my review please hit the like button. Thank you.
