Home Depot on the westside. Forget the commercials, forget the hype. The staff on the front are great. They on friendly and accommodating. The floor was under stocked. Had to go to other places to get what I needed. The place is huge, but is definitely under stocked. It’s not like this was my first visit or was a one off. It has happened before. Okay, enough with my problems. The point of this review is my experience with the service desk staff. I wanted to buy a schedule 80 conduit and fittings. The store had the conduit, but not the sch 80 fittings. Well, I got the conduit and headed to the service desk to get some help cutting the conduit. Well, apparently it’s company policy to not cut conduit. The problem is that once I was told that they would not help with cutting the conduit, the staff member just turned and walked away. No “Sorry sir”. No good bye. Well, I just stood there wondering what to do with the 10 foot conduit. I just left it on the floor and exited. It sucked.

This is getting so typical an infuriating. It took me 10 minutes to drive to Home Depot store and it took me a half hour to get out here the reason why despite the fact that the vast majority of customers are honest and are not thieves 100% of customers are punished for what the 1% of Thieves do. I have to wait a half an hour to get the tools unlocked scanning the QR code does absolutely nothing. Ask an associate does absolutely nothing. The secret strategy at the unlock to get what you want is to talk to a security guard and ask him to get a man to come open up the locked cage. It's understandable they need to secure their assets that's fine. But they're not need to punish 100% of customers for what the 1% dishonest customers do

I came in for a battery and charger for a leaf blower. It was behind a locked cage. T four employees came to help! I didn’t get the name of the first, older gentleman. He found Steve for me. Steve and Joseph helped me reach the department supervisor, Sebastian. Sebastian not only helped me find a better, more affordable option but he brought the item to the front for me while I continued to shop. Bri at customer service helped me with a return in the matter of seconds while Sebastian retrieved the item he stored for me. He checked me out while Bri was on the phone with another customer and even carried the large item to my car! This entire team was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. 6 stars if I could. I’d like to pass this along to their Medallia customer service survey but the website isn’t accepting feedback for my area code right now. Regardless, you guys are awesome. Thank you so much!

I was greeted and helped at least 4 times going to this store. One I normally don't use unfortunately. This one must have a great Boss, because it shows in the friendly and helpful employees.

Great customer service. Help was offered multiple times, and Jaime did an excellent job helping us cut our wood selection to size. Friendly and helpful experience!
