**EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!** I have been buying VIGORO mulch from this location for the past two years for my backyard. Recently, I purchased about 18 more bags to refresh the area where my children play... After spreading the mulch, I saw several RUSTED NAILS where I had just spread fresh mulch. So I grabbed my magnet and began running it over the all the areas I had just mulched. WHAT STARTED AS 3 NAILS TURNED INTO HUNDREDS! I now have HUNDREDS of rusted nails that I've pulled over 3 or 4 passes with this magnet! I have spent several days now trying to remove as many rusted nails, screws and staples as possible from my yard so that it is safe for my kids to play again. Im probably going to have to START OVER around this play set and buy ALL NEW mulch from somewhere else. UNACCEPTABLE. I expect someone to pay attention to this before it becomes a lawsuit.

My wife and I bought a new dishwasher 16FEB26 which had to be delivered to our home as there weren't any in the store. We were asked if we wanted it unboxed or still in the box upon delivery. We asked if there was a difference in product delivered, were told no, only difference was if it was delivered into the home in a box or not- so we went for unboxed to save on an extra trip to the dump. The dishwasher was in the process of being unloaded from the truck when I arrived home from work Saturday morning, and the delivery men were very careful carrying it inside our home. Upon inspection of dishwasher, we noticed water and condensation inside a tank on the side of appliance, scratches inside on the wall, moisture inside, hard water, mineral deposits, and smudges inside on the walls and in the bottom and fingerprints inside- not accessible if door is closed. The "brand new" dishwasher clearly wasn't, and had been previously used. My wife called customer service to report delivery of used appliance instead of newly purchased brand new appliance and asked why we were sent a used appliance. Representative wouldn't answer why we were sent a used appliance instead of brand new. She processed a new dishwasher to be delivered to us (will take a week) and offered a 5% refund to us after receipt of old dishwasher after replacement new one delivered- which equates to around $60. So we now have an unusable dishwasher taking up space in our kitchen for a week and are having to wash dishes in the sink for another week (which can pile up easily and quickly with kids) - a huge inconvenience. Having purchased a brand new appliance (in store) and having a used one delivered, it seems as though they (Home Depot) either tried to swindle (bait and switch) us, take advantage (and used when paid for brand new) and hope we wouldn't notice or were incompetent in the warehouse. Whatever the reason, we didn't receive an apology or explanation (over the phone) and were "offered" a mere $60 refund for the issue and massive inconvenience. For a purchase of over $1200, we expected more, overall, assistance and attempts to rectify the issue and trouble experienced.

Ordered a washer and dryer. I live on base, I was told they could deliver on base. The day comes and one of the drivers doesn't bring a driver's license, no phone call nothing. I receive a notification that I missed the delivery. I call to reschedule the lady says it could be over a week I say to cancel unless they can get it sooner. They reschedule the delivery but still canceled for some reason. I called the store got transfered around several times then hung up on. Today was the supposed delivery day, I called and was told the w&d was still coming by a pretty rude employee who seemed annoyed I would call even though I had no delivery notifications. Well here I am at almost 6pm delivery doesn't show up after waiting in the house all day. I check and it says refund processed. Rude employees. I'll go take my money to Lowe's or Best Buy.

I know the store layout and can usually find the items I'm looking for. I asked if the store had auto windows washer fluid and the young girl had no idea and very broken English.
