JMS Junk uses this Home Depot regularly, and it has been a big help to our junk removal and dumpster rental business. The store is well stocked, the staff is helpful, and it’s always convenient when we need supplies fast to keep jobs moving. From cleanup materials to tools and jobsite essentials, they help us stay productive and on schedule. We appreciate the support they give local businesses like JMS Junk.

I’m here pretty often. One thing I’ve noticed recently is that the front end has gotten so much better. They’ve been welcoming recently and you can just tell they are so much happier. I’m not sure what you’re doing but keep it up! Probably the only one that I’ll be coming to for all my needs! Such an amazing team of front end staff!

This is for Kim and Cassandra in customer service. I placed an order on website, but couldn’t find/access to add delivery note. So I called the store. Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.

This has to be one of the worst home depots that exists. It's worth going further to go to Brooklyn or North Olmsted or Strongsville (all of which are great ones). The level of employee incompetence at the store is unmatched. For example the cashier told me I wasn't supposed to cut a piece of trim myself. There's literally a diy cut station in the trim section. Two actually. Then I told her the other end was split and she told me that's why I'm not supposed to cut it myself. I politely explained it was not the end I cut -- but how uneducated in home depot products do you have to be to be able to tell the difference between a saw cut end and a machine cut? I told her she could either not charge me for the 6" that split or I'd go get another piece and she could send somebody back to machine cut it. She says she has to charge me for the wood that is split so I should just get another piece (such a waste). So I do and she sends somebody to cut it that isn't authorized/trained to use the cutting machine. I don't think just bc you're in the city proper means you should have a bad experience, but this store sucks. It's like I need an annual reminder to never come here ... but it seems like the biggest around so that's a bummer. Anyway sorry yourself the hassle and go to any of the others.

Decent location. Great selection. One of the better Home Depots I've been to. A guy named Tim at the pro desk was a serious help. Good guy. Made a bad experience better with his expertise. Clean, plenty of parking, but not in the pro area.
