I walked in knowing exactly what I needed (a special paint) but not really to locate it. Without asking Ron very politely asked if I needed help and took me directly to the item, no searching the aisles. Thanks Ron! Wonderful customer care, cashier ladies are also very nice store seems clean and well stocked … Don’t get me started on the plant selection!!!!! So many beauties to choose from.

I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot. We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there. I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem. Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig. Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training

Went to buy furnace filter and a 2"X3"X8' to build a frame. Had no problem finding them right away. Contemplating to buy a 2in1 washer & dryer when one of the actual ones break down.

I went there to buy paint; there was no one in that department, even though there were plenty of employees nearby—yet none of them would come over to the paint section. They were all walking around looking annoyed, as if I had shown up at their homes uninvited! A few other people and I stood there for about 30 minutes, and no one paid us any attention. When I finally walked up and asked them to get someone, they said they would—and then just walked away. So we were left waiting for... who knows what! The service is terrible and getting worse by the day... I think I need to stop shopping at Home Depot.

Fairly busy. Great place to get all your DIY needs. The inside lumber yard is a bit crowded with lumber dollies all over the place with lumber that needs to be cut. Makes it difficult for you to get down the aisles.
