Pro Desk at The Home Depot

Too bad there isn’t such an option as no star. This Home Depot is the worst out of not only other Home Depot but out of any retail store. Lack of communication between staff members, absolutely inefficient customer service desk, store manager who is so “dedicated” to helping other customers that you never can talk to her or even see her. We ordered the grill and it hasn’t been delivered for 2 weeks now. We live 20 mins from that Home Depot. The problem is the grill is so big that we can’t pick it up by ourselves. We called multiple times and visited store twice already and each time they just “reschedule” delivery and it never shows up. It’s baaaad. I didn’t go to all the Home Depot in the area but listen to my advice and definitely don’t choose this one as your place to shop.

Horrible home depot. One of the worst. No one ever at the pro desk to check you out and if they are, they just stand around like a bunch of zombies. Floor staff if the exact same way, 5 people standing around talking and not doing anything. Don't even get me started about the shelves never being stocked or everything is in the wrong place.

It's ridiculous having 2 check outs open for cash customers with 1 line. Meanwhile, self check out is only doing credit cards. Otherwise still my favorite store.

Ordered windows which were ready for pick up before promise date. Awesome service.

Rude and lazy. Stopped in for an online order “Ty” couldn’t be bothered to look for my on line order.
