I visited the store today to pick up an order I purchased and the gentleman at customer service was not hospitable. I had my order number on my phone and he took my phone without asking me for it and typed the order number in the system and gave it back to me, then he simply walked away from me and never told me where he was going and I was left standing there and I then overheard him tell another employee that he had to go get my order, when he came back he placed my order on the counter and I asked him was that all and he stated, “your receipt”, handed me a piece of paper and started talking to another employee. RUDE-RUDE-RUDE-RUDE!!! Never as much as a hello, I’ll be right back I have to get your order from timbucktoo, nor have a nice day! Customer appreciation goes a long way, Allen needs some training in that area!!

I love Home Depot. I had a project to build and I went in but needed help. I really got ignored because I was a female, but long story short I had to help myself.

Absolute worst delivery experience. Absolute worst customer service experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Do employees here even check that the right appliance is being shipped and delivered? NO. Do they answer the phone when called about the wrong appliance delivery? NO. They finally answered back and then refused to give me the right appliance AFTER the return window had ended. Do they provide ANY HELP to resolve the issue? NO! If I could give a negative star review, I would.

This was the worst Home Depot . All the home deport don’t have good customers service. I’ve ever had. I would not recommend asking for assistance in this store the associates were unhelpful and had poor attitudes. In particular, an employee working around 7:30 AM made the experience especially unpleasant. If you’re not willing to assist customers, this may not be the right job for you. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.

It's the biggest home Depot I've ever been in. The garden section is huge. Got all my soil planters perennials and annuals. Great selection. Only drawback, parking is terrible.
