Redacted. I will leave the review below because the manager and girl working at your store did a lot to try and resolve the situation but NOTHING WAS resolved. Instead I wasted 5 hours of my time, spent an additional $400 on add on's and my appliance was canceled and is NOT being delivered after this whole ordeal. And now I have to start over. YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS ARE TRUELY TERRIBLE. I had to deal with 4 different branches of "home depot" to try and resolve this and nothing was resolved. Should change your name to "Outsourced depot". If anyone is thinking about buying an appliance at this location I would urge you to reconsider. The girl and manager working in appliances yesterday were beyond amazing! I had a situation with getting an appliance delivered that didn't work out. They helped to make the whole thing right again and knew just what to do. It took a little bit of time and some things went wrong along the way and I was very frustrated but they handle the situation perfectly the entire time and kept their cool. The saga is not yet over but I REALLY appreciated how they handle the situation.

Autumn was my sales associate, she was professional & knowledgeable. She was patient and informative during my transaction. However when my contractor showed up the next day to pick up my lumber the order had been not picked. Also my home delivery order included a damaged piece of drywall and they delivered sand instead of mortar. We'll see what happens from here. **Update** Home Depot associate made it right.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depot. I waited for 1 hour by the cutting machine to get my wood pieces cut. I asked for help from the staff three times, but no one ever came to assist me. The store wasn’t even busy at the time. This level of service is unacceptable.

Good location but difficult to find staff members let alone specialists. The plant selection is boring and generic. Online stock levels aren’t synchronized properly but overall a decent store

I like the fact they scan everything for you; they got tired of people stealing everything. I've never had a problem here, having come here the majority of my life. The workers are always helpful.
