I waited over an hour for assistance at the locked cabinet in Aisle 6. Despite requesting three separate announcements, no employee came to help. I was unable to purchase the item and had to leave the store. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Time 5:30pm-6:40pm date Jun 11 2026 Thursday

My mother and I were highly pleased with the help we received from one of the young ladies in the customer service section. Her name is Amina. We went in asking for a manager due to an issue we had with the refrigerator warranty company. We were told that all the manager's were in there Monday meeting. Amina kindly said, I can help you! She was warm and very knowledgeable. She was able to educate us on the manufacture's warranty that we didn't realize was an addition to the one we purchased. She even printed all the information on our fridge out and circled the number we needed to call. She was young but her caliber of customer service was impeccable, surely an asset to the store. Thank you again for your outstanding service Amina! :-) P.S. Also, there was an employee seated with a broken leg that came over to see if my mom and I needed help. I thank him as well for his help. I didn't get his name but just his initiative to help even with a bum leg, was awesome!

Michael is the bomb. I walked in, and he helped me with the material that I needed to build my shelf. Everything was picked and loaded in about 15 minutes. He's so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming to this Home Depot and asking for Michael to assist you with your projects. Thank you again for all of your help.

This location has a serious customer service problem. Staff will be in the aisles laughing and joking among themselves, but the moment you approach them for help, the attitude kicks in. Self-checkout is no better — it's not really self-checkout. You have to wait in line to be called over, and most of the time they scan your items for you while giving you an attitude, as if you're an inconvenience. This has happened consistently, not just once. Management needs to address the culture at this store because it makes for a really unpleasant shopping experience. Honestly, it mostly the female workers with attitudes at this location.

The check out was fast. I only bought some pipes and no long lines at the time. Traffic around the area was minimal with plenty of parking slots.
