I visited home depot on 1/2/26 to purchase boxes to ship items back home to Alabama. I was a little frustrated because I needed an rectangular shape box. The employees in the flooring department was creative to helped me put one together. I just want to say Thank you!

My wife and I found the perfect bathroom sink and vanity combination at our local Home Depot near Neshaminy Mall, Bensalem, PA. They delivered it the next day, and it was in perfect shape. We are ready to install it with the plumbing fixtures today.

Definitely the best and biggest Home Depot I've ever been to. The store is enormous with a wide variety of products you won't find at other locations. I enjoy coming here, but it gets very busy. Most tools are locked behind cages, so plan to spend extra time here. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Also has 10 self-checkout lanes that move fast. The only issue I've come across is not having sockets in stock for ratchets.

First and foremost I would like to thank the team at Home Depot for the A plus customer service. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile. EVERYONE! was HAPPY. The group of worker assisting with the rock salt solution was very knowledgeable. The vibe was awesome. Just to show up for work during a snow conditions and in a happy mood. I didn't need to look for help. They were there already. Brandon from Elecial dept. Thank you for your service.

Leaving a bad review due to my cellphone being stolen, I called home-depot to report it stolen , The first customer service representative who answered said let me go and check for 2 seconds and then said that he never found it. I went inside to check if I was able to see the security camera and I wasn’t allowed to review the footage!. My location continues to ping 📍 to the homedepot, also someone must of turned off my phone , Please don’t go this homedepot. This happened around 5:00 by the time I realized and got home, Went back to homedepot Someone stole my phone. The fact that I wasn’t allowed to see the camera just lets me know that someone from homedepot who works there took the phone.
