I located a 1/2-inch water pressure reducing valve on Home Depot’s website and headed to the store to purchase it. After a plumbing associate helped find the item, I was told the in-store price was $43 higher than the online listing. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Angel, who quickly and kindly honored the online price. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service from Angel, cashier Selina, and the helpful plumbing associate. A smooth and positive experience all around.

Home Depot is hands down the best place for all our home needs. My kids have been going to their workshops for years and absolutely love it — they’ve picked up so many cool skills. Honestly, I’ve learned just as much as they have… I finally know the names of tools and how to use them 😂 A win for the whole family!

This is the worst of all the Home Depot stores. The person in charge of issuing power tools is the most incompetent employee there.

Today I went to buy something and the service was terrible. It's the first Home Depot I've ever been to. I asked someone for a Makita nail gun and they told me to check the area and let them know if I found it. I'm never going back to this Home Depot. You don't say that to a person. I'm sorry, but their service is awful. I think they should have robots instead of people working there.

I’d like to speak with the manager of this store. The service here is extremely poor. I came to inquire about a custom door, but the employee I spoke with — a young guy with a beard — was inattentive. I don’t know his name, but I was told to wait, and it’s been quite a while. He keeps sitting and chatting instead of assisting customers. I approached him twice, and both times he told me to wait another 15–20 minutes. This is unacceptable service — customers are in a hurry, and he’s busy talking about unrelated things. Please remind your employees that customers deserve timely and professional assistance.
