Recently went to the Home Depot on Gosford to check out ceiling fans. There were a variety of options available. After being helped by a helpful associate in the electrical dept., I opted for a Hunter 52 inch fan with integrated LED light. Afterwards, I had four keys made by Neal, a very helpful associate, Neal in the key dept. A big shoutout to Associate Neal. When I got home , I found all of the keys to work efficiently. Thank You Neal! This is a great Home Depot to shop at. Clean, well stocked Home Depot.😀👍

Cashiers are poorly receptive. Average customer service. But fortunately better than lows BS electronic self service systems. If the Cashiers were a little more friendly, like if they showed enthusiasm for thier jobs, I would give a 5 star. I frequently buy here because of the proximity of my business.

You do realize that there is a self service key machine by customer service right? Perhaps stop relying on humans for your needs because I was in and out of there in 5 minutes getting my keys made. Those employees are busy too you know?

Went to buy some shelf paper and some other supplies. Easy shopping experience. Was offered and provided assistance in locating what I needed to buy. Loved the customer experience at the Ming location in Bakersfield. Store was clean and easily found the products I was searching for. Awesome sauce Bakersfield.

I went to Home Depot and purchased a keypad door lock and requested installation. The employee set me up with 5 handyman choices. Hayden contacted me right away and was very pleasant. After talking to all 5 handymen I went with West Coast Construction. Michael came out the next day. He was very nice and taught me how to use the keypad handle after installation. So happy with the service, thank you Michael and Hayden. Will be contacting West Coast Construction for future projects.
