I would like to give a shout out to the paint department, especially Vanessa.(Supervisor of paint I think). I purchased three gallons of paint and one wasn't the same color as the other two! I brought with me the two gallons of paint, one with the incorrect color. And the other with dried paint inside that I wanted to be matched with. We had a little difficult time trying to get it to match but she still went above and beyond to correct the issue. Even when my children we're crying and demanding to go look at the Christmas decorations she went back and forth between the two departments to make sure that we had a right match. She helped this stressed Mama have one less issue lol. Thank you so much Vanessa!!

This new self checkout is a little bit ridiculous. First off, please do not tell me which self check out I can use. I should be able to freely walk to a different one if I’d like to. Secondly, it is rude and unprofessional for a staff member to get in your personal space and start putting their hands inside your cart. Me and my wife were buying a tote bin to and the staff member physically opened the bin to see if we stuffed anything in there to smuggle out of the business. Not only did this make me feel disgusted and profiled, But it also made me lose their trust in customer service and satisfactory. I do not like to be treated like a criminal just because I have something in my cart that you could put stuff into. I am not that kind of person never have been But for them to look at me and think that’s what I’m doing is Discrimination.

Needed some wire for a project and was helped by a wonderful member of staff! Kai is a great employee and made the trip a positive experience, he was super welcoming and kind, I was a bit inconvenienced by the isle being blocked off but overall 👍👍

This has officially became my go to Homedepot been getting supplies for our shop here for a year now never really had many problems I also need to give a shout out to Angela she's knowledgeable, helpful and a total boss at pro desk if you get her just know your in good hands 🙌 can't express that enough.
