Went here looking for some cleaner for the car. They used to have an automotive section with some automotive stuff. But not not any more. They still have the sign up for automotive. But they don't have anything for your car. TAKE DOWN THE SIGN HOME DEPOT IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE CAR STUFF!!!!!!

I don't leave a ton of reviews for places, but Jerome was very sweet today! He could see I was having some trouble getting a display to work for my kiddo to enjoy and jumped right in to help! He was so friendly! He didn't try to push us to buy, which I really appreciated; we were just there to browse before grabbing an online pickup order. He just set us up and zipped along helping people very quickly left and right, not in a rushed manner, but certainly with purpose! He really made our visit today all that more special!

This hardware-lumber-gardening store has it all for the average home owner. I've shopped here for over 25 years. Even though it is reported that national chain stores are economical and have a vast range of items for building maintenance, home repairs and gardening supplies, I've been an advocate for shopping at local retailers over national chain stores, Home Depot is exceptionally convenient for the things I need and the options for home, garden and maintenance supplies is an advantage for busy lives that most of us have these days. The stores in my area of the Puget Sound were open 24 hours and I miss these hours and find in recent years that the hours are generally 6 am to 8 pm, with a 9 pm closing time on the weekdays. It would be great to have the stores open until 10-11 pm for people who shop late in the evening. Just a personal idea.

Their delivery dept sucks had one scheduled between 3:14and 4:15 said they attempted to deliver at 2:56. I was in my front yard doing some gardening and no truck ever pulled up that's lie #1So I called and after going back and forth they said they would deliver between 6:15 and 8:15 Now I received another email saying they can't deliver for the second time today.Lie #2 They didn't even attempt to again. If they didn't have what I ordered why not just say so instead they've kept me waiting ALL DAY for an order that they never had. Now I received another email saying it might be here in 2 days??!! Im not holding my breath.PITIFUL if you buy from Home Depot do yourself a favor and save $75 haul it yourself!!

I go to self check out to scan my items myself and not have to interact with your employees since you don’t want to pay them to be actual cashiers. When I approached self check out to purchase 1 item, it was taken from my hands and scanned for me and your employee started pushing buttons on the screen for me. I’m sorry that you seem to be dealing with retail theft, but why not just eliminate self check out if you are still going to have your employees scan items for fear of losing money. This was by far, the worst hospitality I have EVER experienced in a Home Depot and won’t be returning ANY time soon, unless you as a company revisit what your priority is for your customer experience. I’ll gladly drive a few extra miles to visit a Lowe’s or Harbor Freight.
