I’m incredibly thankful to Tim at Home Depot Story Road San Jose, CA for helping me solve what felt like an impossible problem. The specific bidet part I needed simply doesn’t exist anywhere in the U.S., and I was just about ready to leave the store. Tim came up with a brilliant solution, he found alternative parts, assembled them himself, and made everything work so I could use my bidet. Thank you so much, Tim! Your creativity, patience, and dedication truly went above and beyond.

I went to return a rental truck before 6 am. Parked in the rental parking until store opened. Staff were really attentive and trying to help me. However, the person who was helping was not familiar with the rental system. It took 30 min to get me a receipt. HD needs to train their staff if they want them to cover different areas. Apparently the person assigned today was running late.

Everyone working there is super helpful and nice. Customers are so and so! Parking lot always have some trash and small little stones everywhere. Then they do the kids activities right in the bug pesticide smelling part of the garden section. No need to mentioned but many things are locked, so you need assistance to get to some products.

The gentleman in the rental center that just helped me rent a flat bed truck gave great customer service. He was kind, clearly communicated, and provided all around great customer service. Great experience. 5 stars.
