I had a really frustrating experience here. I was simply looking for help finding a tool and asked Rafael for assistance. Instead of helping me, he brushed me off and called another worker to help, but that worker never even showed up. I ended up waiting 20 whole minutes for absolutely nobody. Poor customer service and very disappointing when all I needed was simple help.

I live in San Mateo and the HD - crickets trying to find someone—- Home Depot store on 1855 Hillsdale store number 1009— I walked in and all the employees. Hi how are you? Can I help you? Hi how are you? Can I help you?—- I was kind of freaked out! —- Everyone of the employees were so nice and stopping me as I was lost cause it’s not my HD store… can I help you? Can I help you find something? It made me feel so good that I can ask questions and they help me… Definitely if you’re an elder person -F, this is your store! I’m seriously as sad as it may be it’s worth the drive to this store— so helpful— Clean and everybody so nice- And so extremely available to me… 10 stars to you HD San Jose!

So grateful for the help at Home Depot on 4/18! The assistant at curbside pickup was a lifesaver for loading up those 10 bags of mulch. It’s tough work, and she made it look easy!
