I asked for help on lighting. A gal tried to help me. She couldn't and didn't call or ask anyone else to help her. She just let me leave without a solution. Then there were four staff standing at self check out lanes talking and I had to check myself out. Why are stores paying for staff? What are they doing?? Verifying that I ring up correctly, what I found by myself ?

I love that home depot has quite a bit of veterans as employees and they take care of their veterans with discounts. I live nearby and always come to this home depot for all of my projects. Have bought paint, stain, multiple tools to do work on the house and just got done ordering some carpet and the padding under the carpet. Renting tools here is good as well. Their employees at this location are awesome.

Have always chosen Home Depot over Lowe's but I will say Lowe's has much better customer service. I asked a clerk about some door casing he told me where it should be I told him I looked there and that was the end of it. He said you may look again, he didn't seem to want to help much do I went to Lowe's and bought it.

Please let Joshua know how much I appreciated his kindness to me. We pulled up and he was outside managing carts. I ask him if there were any electric carts available. I had knee surgery and still having difficulty walking. Without hesitation Joshua went in the store and brought one right to our truck. I opened the door and he reached out his hand to help me maneuver out. He helped me get to the cart and was patient and professional instructing me on the cart usage. Wow, what a wonderful representation of this store's personnel and leadership. Thank you Joshua.

Went to purchase a few appliances and got helped by Christi Powers. This was our first time buying appliances and Christi made the process so easy and simple. She was so awesome and was very helpful with any questions asked. Definitely will be returning in the future to buy more things for my house!
