Must be my lucky day because I have always had a hard time getting help in Home Depot. Not today though. Brian back in lumber was absolutely amazing and happily helped me multiple times!!!! And Brian at cashier was amazing as well. Keep hiring Brians! Haha

The amount of merchandise jammed into the isles makes it difficult to maneuver a flat cart down the isles . The amount of spring / summer stuff in the parking lot takes up valuable parking space . All of it makes for a non pleasant shopping experience .

If you enjoy playing a daily game of "Where’s My Order?" then the Home Depot Pro Desk is the place for you. For everyone else who actually has a job to finish, stay far away. I placed an order early last week with a guaranteed arrival of Monday. Simple, right? Wrong. Since Monday, I have received a daily "update" pushing the delivery back by 24 hours. It’s now Friday—an entire work week wasted—and my materials are still MIA. When I finally called today to get a straight answer, the experience was a joke: • Zero Accountability: Nobody could tell me where the item actually is or when it will realistically arrive. • The Excuse Factory: I was treated to a highlight reel of excuses ranging from "system glitches" to "logistics issues." • The "Whatever" Attitude: The apologies I received were the definition of half-hearted. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them for wanting the items I already paid for. The "Pro" in Pro Desk clearly doesn't stand for Professional. It’s supposedly designed to help contractors and people on a schedule, but they have zero respect for your time or your bottom line. I’m currently sitting on a stalled project thanks to their incompetence.

This is a great Home Depot location. It's located in a good part of town, conveniently located off Academy Blvd and close the the highway. I offer place my order online and do a store pickup. The staff here is also helpful when trying to find an item. The first Saturday of the month, they provide free crafts to kids. If it's your first time, they give out a free Home Depot apron for the kids and after completing their craft, they provide a pin to put on the apron. Our kids have a blast

This is probably my least favorite Home Depot in town, unfortunately. I still go often because it’s central to a lot of houses I work at. There is always something going on at the tool rental station - no gas cans, trying to charge extra because the line was long, incompetence, etc. Listen, I’m not trying to ruin anyone’s day, but I am just being honest, the experience is always mid at best.
