I had such a great experience with Heath at Home Depot that I felt like it absolutely needed to be recognized. From the moment we walked in, Heath was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. We needed to rent a flatbed truck, and he made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions without hesitation, and made sure we understood everything clearly before we left. What really stood out was his attitude—he was patient, positive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it truly made a difference in our experience. We were able to return the truck on time with no issues, thanks to how well he set everything up for us. It’s clear that Heath takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he helps. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like him on their team. He deserves recognition for the level of service he provides—it does not go unnoticed. Thank you again, Heath, for making everything so easy and pleasant!

Big shout out to the garden department. I've been trying to track down an item for two weeks. Talked to Vicky via phone and she physically confirmed they had the item prior to me driving there without knowing for sure. Vicky, Larry and Tobey were wonderful getting item out of upper area and helping me load in my vehicle. Great,friendly, helpful staff!

Ron that works in Millworks at the Home Depot on Woodman he helped me sort out an unusual problem. The solution was to purchase a new patio door instead of wasting time and money trying to do a repair. Ron was highly knowledgeable and showed me the best door for my particular needs. I have shopped the Home Depot for years and Ron was the most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Ron did not act like a sales person trying to make a sale, Ron was genuinely interested in helping me as a customer. I will make it a point to shop at the Woodman Home Depot and ask Ron for help when needed as he is an outstanding knowledgeable employee. Thank You Ron !

Went in looking for a Starlink mini and had two totally different experiences with the staff there. I would like to Thank Montrell for going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and taking the time to make sure I walked out experiencing the best customer service. I won't get I into details about the other employee other then to say Mick could learn alot from Montrell when it comes to customer service and helping to make sure future customers are happy and feeling like they had a great experience at this location. This store should be grateful for employees like Montrell.. this would be a one star if Mick was the only one who I had an experience with.. Thanks again Montrell

Good service given! Thanks to Gary and a woman name I did not get back they both helped out tremendously! This store looks good, all the workers were nice, most of them asked how everything was going just trying to be nice and store is really nice in a good location! 5/5 for Home Depot in Woodman Park Colorado Springs
