First, one of the ProWood railing kits I ordered was warped and I have no idea why it would be acceptable to sell it to a customer. They exchanged it without problems when I took it back, however I paid the $35 delivery fee for a reason. Second, an employee talked me into signing up for the Pro Xtra account claiming the $1800 I spent within the last two weeks would reflect retroactively after 48 hours. Apparently this is not the case and all I really get is ads promoting the Home Depot credit card. I guess shady practices shouldn’t be a surprise nowadays.

Used to be one of the best Home Depot’s in Colorado Springs. I’ve been in Business for Over six years and their pro desk, customer service has went completely downhill, especially to English speaking contractors. This Home Depot is horrible now and very unprofessional and was completely rude to my clients every single time I have to do a phone sale. I will go out of my way not to come back to this Home Depot.

I dont typically take the time to write bad reviews but this morning was something else. I get policies but this one makes no sense. Old man in the rental department needs a talking to. Returned the snake that I rented and was given a pair of gloves which I thought was cool but also wondered if they wanted them back being theyre going to get dirty. Gentleman from last night was great and he did say to bring them back. Maybe home depot cleans them? Thats what i thought. Theyre nice heavy duty gloves. Anyways this morning I bring the gloves back in with the machine. Get scolded right off the rip saying the gloves are hazmat. Was threatened with a $300 fine, I thought he was joking...I tossed the gloves outside the door. Isn't the entire machine a hazmat at this point? Make that make sense. You dont treat customers like that. Home depot do better. I spend a lot of money here. Thanks for the gloves ill wash them.

I was sent to get flooring stuff. I, myself had no clue where they had an item I was looking good for. Someone seen i was looking and asked if I needed help. Well I sure did. The staff loaded my cart right up and had me ready for check out. Even had 2 wonderful gentlemen, help me out and load me.. now that's customer service. Thank you for the help. I will be back

Used to be customers first. Now it’s heck with customers needs and see how much we can do with fewest employees. I waited looked around for 5-10 to find an associate to open a locked cabinet for what I needed. Only associate I found didn’t work in hardware. They called a person. 10 min later, still no assistance. I scanned the QR code for assistance, still no help. I walked to cashier area and asked an associate for help. She called but still no assistance. What I needed was a Milwaukee tool. Anyway, after 35 minutes of wait I had to drive across town to another Home Depot for the tool. My only day off during the week, I needed the tool for work. Home Depot wrecked my day off. What do I get for their mismanagement of associates? Never again. Amazon, EBay, or Lowe’s
