Came in to get some trim boards cut and explained to the employee running the saw that i needed the trim cut at 45 degrees so I could frame a mailbox. He cut the pieces straight and too short. I ended up cutting the pieces by hand. I'm now waiting to checkout and I've been standing here at the pro desk for 20 mins waiting to do a phone sale. Absolutely ridiculous.

Disorganized store and the employees don't even know their own store. I came in to purchase spray foam. I spoke to 3 different employees which all gave me wrong locations to find a common item that is normally located in the insulation section. They have warm bodies in this store and you are not likely to receive the service or help you are looking for. I ended up finding the location of what I wanted on the stores website and even the map does not show the location. Once again I had to ask someone where the location indicated was and the employee was barely helpful. I also purchased some project plywood...as a retired residential construction pro even I was confused over the labeling of the shelves...wrong labels everywhere. In my case at this store, I feel sorry for the common customer who would pick up a piece of 1/4 plywood not realizing it is really 1/2". As a pro, these all to common store fails cost money when things arent where they are supposed to be. Aisles remain closed after the lift is long gone and makes customers go find someone to remove the gates. I wish I didnt have to spend an extra 30 min to find something so common.

I came in today for some very random items. I got some metallic spray paint, a kitchen spray hose, and to see if i could get a receipt for a random online order that i purchased a few weeks ago at a different store. The spray paint selection is so huge and you have literally hundreds to select from. That and the paint employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Paint is probably one of my favorite things about Home Depot. I wanted a metallic high quality spray paint for some plastic parts of my scooter. Metallic spray paint is so tough to find and Home Depot had metallic colors outside of the gold, silver, copper tones and ended up with some blue tone that I’m very excited about. Next i came for a kitchen side spray hose. I looked it up online and was surprised how easily i was able to find the exact one i wanted from online. It’s a full kit with all the parts at $30ish dollars can’t beat it! Lastly i missed placed a receipt on an online order i made for pickup at the Pueblo store. The customer service guy pulled up my order and was able to get me receipt so easily. For whatever reason the app doesn’t give you a receipt that i could find. The only draw back was parking. I know this location is closest to downtown out of all the other homedepot. But what’s a bit annoying is that so much of the main places to park are over taken by their rental equipment. I wish they would place these large equipment pieces at a cover of the parking and leave the middle for customers to actually shop. I was happy with my visit but please reconsider your parking lot set up with your rental equipment. Thanks

Returns were very slow, and the black woman helping me only returned one of my nine items. The other associates, I think there were five, maybe even a supervisor didn’t seem to care. I started recording, after the woman claimed I was starting something. However all I wanted to finish was my returns. Other customers also didn’t seem to care much. The only person who seemed to care was an employee from a -different department. Anyway here is the video of my return at Home Depot, it wasn’t all that bad since I was able to make the return successfully after a bad good moment of mine.

Paint department is a joke. Waited for 15-20 minutes and had multiple employees walk by and offer no help. Only for a Behr rep to take care of me. Seems like all of the employees are just stockers and no one can actually provide help.
