Pay attention to your receipt. This Home Depot has great customer service. I was there in the garden center and purchased a bag of soil, some material to put under rocks and some lawn edging as we are doing away with our front lawn. The edging comes in a bundle. 5 in a bundle at 10 feet long. When I got to the register I was told that the edging was folded in half which would have made it 20 feet. By the time I paid it cost me $400.00 dollars. I went back because I knew it was wrong. I was overcharged $160.00. The edging I purchased does not come folded it is 10 feet. Thank goodness for customer service. Such a sweet and understanding lady. Need more people like her.

I had a bad experience with one employees at Home Depot. The first employee was very rude. When I asked for help, she answered with attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. She-even spoke in an unprofessional way, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the behavior of one employees was disappointing and not what I expect from a big store like Home Depot . If I didn’t wrong her name was sinna in the customer service pick up i want from manger to fired these kind of employee.

Stephanie helped me to get an important order picked early in the morning despite their system having issues. Very much appreciate the dedication to service she shows. Will be happy to continue returning to this location.

I remember reading something that Home Depot used to purposefully hire service workers/ People who worked in industries Like plumbing and electric so that they had knowledge to help customers.. Well, you can absolutely tell now that they just hire teenagers or any warm body that they can get their hands on. The staff has no idea about anything!! We’ve gone there for multiple reasons over a few years that we’ve lived in this area. Lighting, Blinds, Plumbing or electrical.. You name it. You can’t even ask the staff a simple question about any of these issues. They have zero knowledge. A lot of the staff seems like they might be 18 or 19 and they’re super rude and out of touch and they just could not care less. And when you go here, you’re talking about your home! Something Extremely important to you.. Even if they don’t have an answer for you, they could at least be polite about that. So usually when I go here, I try desperately not to interact with the staff or ask them any questions. They’re not gonna be any help anyway, and if they do talk to me, they’re gonna be super rude and blink at me like I just asked if they carry rocket fuel.

Erika was so accommodating. Helped with everything I needed. The staff at checkout was kindly as well. Just excellent customer service! That's why I come here and I recommend this store.
