Ohhh honey, grab a cart because I have thoughts. 🛒🌸 So I strut into Home Depot with spring in my soul and a to-do list tighter than my garden gloves. And what is this?! The parking lot is calm. The aisles? Breezy. The Garden Center? THRIVING. Birds practically singing in surround sound. Garden crew? Absolute sunshine. Helpful. Smiling. Ready to make my yard the envy of the neighborhood. And can we talk about Amy at the register? Queen behavior. 👑 That woman was moving like she had somewhere fabulous to be. Clearing out winter nonsense, scanning like a pro, offering help like she was on commission for kindness. I leave my cart with her thinking, “Yes ma’am, hold my treasures while I grab a rug and live my best life.” Now here’s where the tulips wilt. I head to get a rug cut. Crickets. Not a soul in sight. No orange aprons. No wandering associates. Just me and my increasingly dramatic inner monologue. Fine. Washer/dryer section. I find a sweet girl just vibing. Bless her heart, she pages someone overhead. We wait. And wait. And WAIT. Twenty minutes later, the only thing that showed up was my irritation. I go searching again. A security guard does the classic “I do not see you.” Matt at paint? Smiles politely and then executes a professional eye-avert. The washer/dryer girl? Vanished into the retail abyss. A new associate appears… glaring at her current customer like they personally offended her ancestors. I try. I circle. I wander. Fifteen more minutes. Alas. No rug. No help. Just unmet potential. So here’s the tea: Garden Center = 10/10, springtime magic. Amy at checkout = MVP, give her a raise. Rug cutting situation = a mystery worthy of its own investigation series. I left disappointed , not mad, just that specific kind of retail heartbreak where you know it could’ve been a five star moment. Do better, my beloved Home Depot. Spring waits for no one. 🌷

Home Depot never disappoints! The staff here are truly wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whether I needed advice on a DIY project or tips for caring for plants, they made sure I felt supported. Speaking of plants, their selection is absolutely amazing. From vibrant flowers to hardy succulents, they have an extensive variety that suits every garden need. The plants are always healthy, well-organized, and reasonably priced, making it a joy to shop here. It's clear they put effort into both customer service and maintaining their stock. Definitely one of my favorite stops for home improvement and gardening essentials! Highly recommend.

Please just make it easier to buy things. Spent 30min picking out all the electrical parts i need, you lock up drill bits now so I had to get that unlocked, then while I was getting someone to unlock it, another employee takes my cart away because they think it's abandoned, I find my cart after 10min and start scanning dozens of individual circuit breakers, that took a while because alot of the barcodes are invalid. Finally get to the last breaker, another invalid barcode, employee says we have to void the whole thing and start over. Never had to work so hard to give a business thousands of dollars before. I just left my cart and went to the blue store across the street.

Big shout out to brother Eric and Mrs Bobby. Both of these two are out standing individuals. Firstly Eric, he has great customer service, gives a welcoming vibe and can hold a conversation. We had an event where I had to be a the register for far too long but he was great. A1 employee. Mrs Bobby helped me a few times through the store. I didn't notice till the end when a manager had to be called. Her professionalism and knowledge on product in the store is vast and solid. I appreciate all the help I received on such a bad day for myself needing to be there in the first place. Thanks you guys

This is my go to Home Depot location. Generally well staffed, well stocked. Today, Krisy Helped me in the Customer Service department with a complicated return. She figured everything out, was informative and pleasant throughout the process. Made the chore of doing a return much more pleasant. Will continue choosing this Home Depot location,
